Is CATIA Model Opening time depends on computer RAM

Hello all,

Is CATIA Model Opening time depends on computer RAM. Presently we are using 32GB configuration. If we increase it to 64GB, will there be any reduction in time for opening CATIA 3D Model ?

Is there any constrain from server side?
