Large assembly simulation

Newbie
hello everybody, i 'm doing a radial engine with catia , i draw all parts and made assembly with dmu kinematic but there are 160 joint and i think it will be reach 200 , so when i make a simulation , it is not work properly because of lots of joint . how can i run this simulation?

thank you

That is a lot of joints! If you can, try to reduce the number of joints. Use a Gear joint instead of a Rotation and Rolling Curve joints. Attach parts that move together with a Rigid joint, instead of adding joints for each part.

Test the kinematic definition by simulating each loop (sub-assembly), to verify everything is OK before adding too many joints and making it difficult to troubleshoot.
