lofting varying diameter tubing in straight sections............

hi, guys...........

i need to join two circunferences of varying diameter at 90º whit straight sections, so it can be flatened in order to laser cut them and then bend it to create the entire path................



i need all faces to be completely flat, so it can be converted to sheet metal and be flatened.............

it must be done whit lofts or it can be done whit something else???????? im gettin crazy with the dammed lofts............

any idea???????

Maybe you can use the Tube fittings methods. They have the same concepts.
