New to this forum - convert sheet metal to solid doesn't work

Newbie
I created an Inventor part in sheet metal - however I want to do a 3D mock-up via 3D printer and I cannot find a way to convert the entire part into a single solid. When exported as an .STL, only the ribs are recognized by the slicer software (i.e. Creality). I've tried "Convert to standard part", many attempts to "Combine" and more. Can this be done or do I have to start from scratch to make an entirely new solid model? I tried to attach the .ipt file but those aren't "accepted", I hope the jpeg helps. Appreciate any help.

Thanks,
Gary
