Please explain 96mm length & chamfer radius 18mm.

Good questions Kingston. I don't think this figure is well dimensioned.

I think the flange on the right should have an overall length; but the 96mm length is the sum of the 60 between centers + 18 + 18.

The round corner that's added at 1:59 can be called a "fillet", "round" or "corner", but not a "chamfer"; chamfers are flat. Anyway, I don't see a dimension on the figure for the size of the corner radius. But since the holes are positioned 18mm from the top and sides, using a radius of 18mm would be typical.

I don't see a dimension for the width of the flange - but he used 18mm for it @2:29. Do you know why?
