Problem with cannot knit sheets together when creating mold

Hey guys,

I am still new to SolidWorks and I am having trouble creating a two part mold. The cannot knit sheets together problem keeps coming up and I am not sure why or how to solve it. I looked online for information but I can't seem to find the answer. I've been trying to practice making molds using spoons I got from GrabCad. Could anyone explain to me how to fix this problem and how to keep this fro occuring?
