Problem with Title Block updation

In my work, while I create drawings for some parts, sometimes the update button gets highlighted in the draft workbench and whenever I update the drawing the template turns to a fluorescent green colour. This occurs all the time when the drawings is updated. But if we create a pdf of the same file, there is no green colour. Everything is normal.

I'm stumped. Check your tools setting to see what the fluorescent green color means.

Try turning off the color diagnosis tool.
