Thread tool cant make M7x.5

Trying to make a M7x.5mm thread, ( I know it's not a typical thread).
Using the pitch override setting, but it throws an error:
"Height of profile is greater than the pitch".

I used the M7 clearance screw for the hole setting.
Any ideas??

EDIT:
Think I found a work around, there is a hole size for M3x.5 in the selection, i chose that one and did an override for
screw size to 7mm, this seems to work although I have to make it a bit larger say 7.6 for hole clearance, otherwise
it will kick an error: "hole and thread are dis-jointed", or something to that affect.
