&todays_date parameter won't show the date !

I'm currently trying to learn how to create a format and I did add a few title block with some parameters in them ( such as &current_sheet, etc ) which are all working really well except the &todays_date one.

I did verify that my syntax is correct and I can't figure out why it won't work!

Any ideas ?
