Unsmooth Fillets in the Graphics Area normal? [newbie][for plastic manufacturing]

MGPL

Newbie
When a Fillet is applied in Solidworks, the resulting edge is jagged (you can see it close-up in the graphics area; the edge is sub-divided ~ 4 times).

1.Is this normal?
2.If I send the part to the manufacturer, will they process a smooth curve as defined in the fillet properties or what I see in the graphics area?
3.Is there any ideal/best-practice method for setting up plastic parts to be manufactured (e.g.: only using surfaces or only using solid bodies...) which would perhaps avoid the jagged edges?

Thanks :)
