Use several times the same assembly with differents parameters

I would like to use several times a assembly but with different values for my parameters.
How can i do?
Indeed, even if i copy my assembly in with different names, it always refer to the first assembly and keep the same values?
I believe i should use "document model" or "optimized copie"?
Have you got some information ?
