How can I determine area inertia of a section relative to an axis not on the centroid of the area?
The 2D option in Measure Inertia seems limited to the principal axes at the centroid (I am measuring a planar fill surface for the area).
The 3D option offers other axes but the answer includes mass units (e.g. kg-m2) and seems to alter the numerical answer by some power of 10.
