This message shows up everytime I try to use constrain, with two segment and the angle or the condition of parallelism. I'm really upset, these night i'm trying to work but it's all stop.. Thank you if you can help me

Look in the top and bottom menus for some icons that look like this:
You want to activate (orange highlight) the 2 that I've circled. These options will automatically create sketch constraints, and that annoying popup message will stop.
