Weldment miter problem

Hello all
im getting a bad miter result. The joints are incorrect. I am using a 2x6 tube to create a door jamb. 3 tubes on a profile. The top is a soft arch (eyebrow) and the miter joint between the vertical leg and the arch do not miter correctly. The cut is off. Take a close look at the attached part and zoom close to one of the joints and you will see that the tubes do not join correctly. To me this is a simple joint and sw should not have this issue. Wtf.
Ive created a pack and go zip file.

Thanks
