joining ribs in assembly

If only the files can be downloaded easy rather than to ask for permission, i guess the problem can be solved in matter of minutes.

Could u pl elaborate on how u performed the split ? in Assembly or part design? or did u choose a plane to split ? pl clarify.

is split really necessary to join the tubes for the roll cage design?....if u know how to join the tube parts of buggys roll cage in assembly please help,thank you !

can anyone please help me to join two tubes(ribs) of different part in assembly...i hav used angle constrain between them. i tried to cut the interfering joints with SPLIT command but it say "extrapolate wire body is invalid due to self intersection".....is ter any way around
