Custom holenotes

Is there a way to create custom holenotes? Our company has a very specific way of detailing a hole (which is not any kind of standard that I'm familiar with). I've found a file "txcalloutformat.txt" and it appears to contain the information that I want to modify, but alas, when I DO make changes to it, they are not reflected in the drawing. I've tried to make a change to the file, re-launch Solidworks and even re-booting the computer. Nothing seems to make a difference.

Also, If indeed the notes CAN be modified, is there a listing somewhere of what the proper syntax is? The only thing I can find is in the TXT file itself which is just a list of "Swift Callout Variables".

Any help in this direction would be GREATLY appreciated!:)

It's amazing that this topic appears to be jumping up all over the place right now.
