CAD/CAM Sales Director Needed

VX Corp, a CAD/CAM developer located in Palm Bay, FL is seek someone to fill the following position:

Sales Director

The Sales Director is responsible for worldwide revenue attainment through VX’s domestic and international reseller channels.

Duties:

• Set regional revenue goals and manage resellers to attainment of those goals
• Recruit new resellers, and develop and implement programs for getting new resellers productive
• Working closely with the VX product marketing manager, responsible for ensuring resellers are trained for:
  • Selling features and functions in new releases
  • Selling VX in target vertical markets, e.g. mold&die market
  • Selling VX vs. competition
  • Selling VX features and benefits in general
• Develop, execute and manage promotional sales programs
• Manage VX field application engineers
• Liaise with the VX executive management on an on-going basis concerning market conditions, product issues, reseller activity and key customers
• Assist resellers with high impact sales opportunities
• Present at special events, i.e. trade shows, dealer meetings, investor meetings, press interviews, etc.

Technical Qualifications:
Knowledge of:

• Mainstream 3D modeling products such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Pro/Engineer, UGS, etc.
• Mainstream 3D CAM products such as MasterCAM, DelCAM, SurfCAM, Pro/MAN, etc.
• MS Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Personal Qualifications:

• CAD/CAM sales experience
• Experience managing resellers
• Experience working on an international basis
• Knowledgeable about current market trends
• Knowledgeable about competitive CAD/CAM vendors
• Knowledgeable about VX target markets, i.e. mold&die industry, consumer and plastic products
• Experience building and developing relationships with customers and resellers
• Solid business acumen and proven ability to build and motivate teams and partners to excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong leadership skills
