Catia point circle coincidence error

Hello
This is my first post here,today while working with catia i encountered a problem in which when i applied coincidence constraint to a vertical line to a cicle the point would not join and had a gap but a horizontal line would properly coincide with the circle as shown in the pic please help

It's difficult to say, based on the pictures. If you are working inside of a sketch, my guess is you are zoomed way in and the screen accuracy makes it appear like the line doesn't touch the circle, but it really does. Measure the distance from the endpoint of the line to the circle to verify if there is a gap or not.
