left = FOS plot, right = stress plot. here FOS > 1 than why the stress plot is too different. it looks like if the load is applied the slider where the load is applied will be bent in such way that it is no useful. but the factor of safety is above 1 so i'm little confused . in reality will the part where the load is applied will bent like this?
