Cosmosworks 2006 to 2008

Hello to all,
we have just upgrade our CW2006 to CW2008. When we tries to make analysis, the software always ends up with an error or some strange results. Do we have to upgrade our file to? Do we have to go throught CW2007 before CW2008??
