creating Foreign datum surface in pro/toolkit

Hi all,
Is there any possibility of creating new surfaces for which i have
mathematical representation of an analytic surface through Pro/Toolkit
The inbuilt surfaces are not able to meet my requirement. May i know
how can i make use of foreign datum surface creation in this?
