Design Table Issue

I have created an assembly and use a design table to to control the different components in the assembly. The issue is on my computer the DT works and updates as I make changes, however when a co-worker opens the assembly on his computer and makes changes to the DT it does not update and change the assembly. Has anyone ever ran into this or know of a fix?
