Detail on Top of Detail

Hi Mr. Catia and everyone,

I have a situation here where one sheet is already a little crowded but I want to make a detail. So I my question is, is there a way that you can put a background mask on a detail similar to the image attached? - This was done in Autocad but I want to do the same in Catia.

Try setting the text Blank Background property to "Area Fill and Geometry"
