Holes and extrusion are hiding alone on catia V5R19

Hello,
I work in assembly design on a enclosure.
In the middle of my work, I found that the holes and extrusions I made (with repetition) ​​got hiden all alone (alltohgh the tree it is said that they are displayed) They appear only momentarily when I Double click on the hole or extrusion in the tree which allow me to edit the properties of the pocket!

Is that you know what is causing this?

A picture of the tree would really help understand what's happening here.

I'll take a guess that the Work Object is currently set above the holes and extrusions, so everything below the underlined feature is ignored. Right-click on the PartBody and choose Define In Work Object to see everything in the body.
