Holes drilling with axis not perpendicular

I need to drill a piece with a circular pattern formed by holes whose axis is not perpendicular to any basic plane. The axis is 30° respect axis "Z" on plane "XZ", and 30° respect axis "Z" on plane "YZ".

You can create a plane that's at the angles you specified, then create the hole pattern on this plane which will create holes, you may have to do each hole individual to get the start and end correctly

Hole Drilling

Try creating both the planes at the specifies angle.

Then make a axis using these tow planes.

Now use this axis for circular pattern.
