How to convert files

Could anyone inform me on how to convert JT to CATIA, and viseversa.
As well is there anyway to convert step to JT and then CATIA, and viseversa

There is some kind of a third party tool that can do conversion. I hope you are using CatiaV5. Check the below link for more details.
