How to give Draft for two surfaces? Please Help

I want to give draft of two degrees to the following selected surfaces as one operation. But I am getting the following error. Please help.

(I assume this is a CATIA question?)

I get a similar message when I try to draft the side faces. I guess it's because the cylinder is tangent to the base.

I could only do it with 2 draft features:
