Is it possible to link geometry through parameters and relations from an imported DXF

I have imported an airfoil DXF file into catia and pasted it in my part design. I am designing a prototype Vertical stabilizer so I have linked the scale of the general profile to equations by which if I change the input variables, the overall shape will change.
Now when I import an airfoil shape I want to constraint it to the shape of my overall geometry, is it possible to do that? if not, I would like to scale it and link its scale factor to a formula. But when i scale the airfoil shape, it does not go in the specifications tree for me to edit. I have attached an image as well to this post.

Let me know How I should go about solving my issue

Thanks in advance for all the responses,
