I am trying to join the parts of an assembly to create a part that I can then mesh and do FEA on.
When I try to do so the Join feature is creating two bodies instead of one so in the FEA they are not joined.
The point of which the two bodies meet is the same each time and after rearranging the constraints this point changed to else where in the assembly.
Help with this or another way to convert an assembly for FEA would be much appreciated.
The assem is just an arrangement of joining tubes are cut to meet perfectly.
