Loft error - zero thickness

ixnay

Newbie
Hello. I'm trying to do a part to send to the mold company but I can't get rid of this zero-thickness error. Can't find the culprit that is causing the error and this is driving me crazy.

I want to make a loft with profile 1, 2 and 3, thru guide lines 1, 2, 3 and 4.

I can do the loft by not merging the bodies but it results in a multi-body part, and that's not an option for the making of the mold. All help is appreciated!
