Mass Moment of Inertia Question

Hello,

Can someone please tell me if any versions of TurboCAD can calculate quantities such as mass moments of inertia, principal mass moments of inertia, etc. of a 3-D assembly?

I would like to purchase a CAD system that has this capability and I would prefer not to spend a fortune on it. Does anyone have any recommendations on other CAD systems that I should consider? The parts will not be very complex geometrically, so I don't think I will need anything too fancy.
