metal forming

hi i have a part that has designed with catia.it is a part of Airbus a400m plane.it has curvy boundary and has irregular thickness.i need to unbend it for lazer cutting so how can i do it can you help me.i ve sent a picture

Forming is different from bending. And the CATIA flatpattern algorithms are based on bending uniform thickness, so I'm not sure how accurate the results will be. I'd try the Developed Shapes tools to unbend a neutral surface of this part.
