Opening point cloud in SolidWorks

I'm having problems opening a point cloud from a txt file. I have an Excel sheet with columns of x, y, z coordinates. I save this as a csv file and then rename it as a txt file. I open the txt file in Solidworks. The problem that I am getting is that there is no elevation showing even though there are values for y in the file. I have no idea what is going on. Does anyone have any idea as to why SolidWorks is doing this? Attached is the txt file containing the data points.
