Pad cosntruction question

Hello, my friends

I want to construct a pad like the one shown in the picture. To do that, I used the sketch shown but I was wondering is there is another way to trim the openning in the circle to so that its edges are parallel to the xx axis.

another way would be to make a Pad with closed circles, and then Pocket out the opening
 
Thank you, MrCatia. I was wondering if there was some "special" tool to trim the ends like that.:D

That's a good way, too. Both are easy but to choose one or the other itall depends on the type of part one is drawing.
