Hello everyone! I'm working in my final project at the architecture school, wich is a mobile pavilion constructed whith a gridshell structure. Now I have a problem modeling the shape in rhino, before I work with grasshopper.
To get the shape in the atached image, I made a “sweep 2 rails” to get the first parte. The second part I made with revolution surface. The problem is that I need a single surface and in this case I can`t merge them because there`s a problem "Edges are too far apart to merge”. Does anyone have any sugestion to how to get a single surface? (I’ve already tried t-splines, but It didnt work because need more precision with te curves, like I did in the sweep to rail.
