Problem Draft Ironcad ....save files

Goodbye I wanted to know if anyone has found the solution for the following problem.

Unfortunately I cannot save the document because the save icon is off.
Furthermore, when I want to close the document, the message appears:
"Draft document1 has been modified, and I can't be saved. Do you want to close it?"

How can I solve the problem?
