Publication problem

I am trying to investigate publication and Part substitution without loosing restreints.
Starting Assembly is Product1.jpg
After substituting Part2 witht Part8 the result is Product1.1.jpg where I loose axes coincidence
Coming back substituting Part8 with Part2 again, the result is again Product1.jpg where coincidence is again connected.
Enclosed also Catia R20 files.
Sameone can help me?
