Rendering SolidWorks models

I want to start rendering my SolidWorks models
in super high quality, and want to get some
suggestions for what software to use.

I used to use Alias Studio Tools, but it is a bit
cumbersome, so I was thinking of using Studio
Max, which comparitively, is easier.

Can anyone suggest a good program to use that
will present the highest quality/most realistic result?

What about using SolidWorks' renderer? Is it capable
of the same photo-realistic result as Alias and StudioMax?

I think it does a pretty good job and have been able to produce
some incredible results.
