Save as for parts in an assembly

I have a part heavy assembly (probably in the 30s) that when I work on parts ends up saving into multiple locations for redundancy. The issue is with all the files it pulls different parts from different locations including an external hard drive. I'm wondering if there is a way to do a save all while in the assembly to save the parts to a singular location. From there I can just then copy and paste them over the other locations.

I am also wondering is there a way to change the path location for a part in an assembly.

Would the pack and go functionality to save them all to a single folder help?
