Setting Parameter to Repetition Points Issue

kevometer

Newbie
Scenario:
Random Curve in space
Two points offset from each end .500 in

Spacing between the two points does not have to be an exact number, but does have to be equal.

So using the points and repetiton command
I can select first point, curve, second point, & number of instances in between. I do NOT want the instances & spacing feature.

Is there any way to set the # of instances to a parameter? I want the parameter to be able to control the exact # of points inbetween the two end points without screwing it all up.

The end points may change in the future and may expand or shrink. This will cause me to have to delete the points inbetween and remake them.

thanks.
