Simple Animation

Hello,
I want a prism being thrown on a plane and rotate on the plane several times before it comes to halt. How can this be achieved?

Hi,
Set keyframe at frame 0, click auto key, move to frame #lets say 25, move prism to destination and rotate it a bit, that is it.
