Symmetry question

I often use symmetry to create the opposite hand part.

How can I link the 2 parts so if I drive a change in one, it
goes into the other?

here's how I do it, when both parts are exactly the same (except for being opposites):

1. model the first part (right-hand) and publish the partbody. Copy the publication.

2. start the second part (left-hand). Do a Paste Special - Result with Link to copy the right-handed part into the left-hand.

3. add a symmetry to mirror the copied partbody.

4. save both parts - the parts are now linked, so changes to the right-hand part will also be in the left-hand part.
