I have an assembly wih a few telescoping tubes lying on a flat supporting base. I need to drill a hole thru the tubes and the base for a screw to be installed so the tubes will be secured to the base.
I placed a parallel plane above the assembly and used the CUTOUT to drill a holes thru the tubes and base in 2 places. The cutout does not make a hole in the inner tube (I selected part driven change option in CUTOUT) but it does proceed to cut a hole in the base below the tubes as I wanted.
Have no idea why as it seems to cut through one tube, skip the next tube and then cuts the hole in their supporting base as I want it to.
Thanks in advance
